George Stillman

George Stillman studied at Chaffey College, Alta Loma, A.A., 1941; University of California, Berkeley, 1941-1942; studied collections at Museum of Modern Art, 1942-1946; New York University, 1943; California School of Fine Arts, 1946-1949; and Arizona State University, Tempe, B.F.A., 1968, M.F.A., 1970. Stillman taught at Columbus College, Georgia, 1970-1972 and Central Washington University, Ellensburg, 1972-1988. He received the National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship Award in 1990.
